If the magnetron imaging is abnormal, it may be caused by magnetic field imbalance. Magnetic field imbalance "refers to an uneven magnetic field, such as when a mercury lamp moves near zero, which may disrupt the uniformity of the magnetic field. At this point, a magnetic field calibrator can be used to check and calibrate. Specifically, after turning off the magnetron power and high-voltage power, keep the magnetic field calibrator in the normal position and place the magnetic field probe on the magnetron. Calibrate as needed until the magnetic screen is as close to normal as possible.
What should I do if the cathode emission of the magnetron is insufficient
When the cathode emission of the magnetron is insufficient, it may be due to the cathode surface area being too small, insufficient binder, soft coating, or contamination. At this point, the sediment color or shape can be reorganized to make it flatter, and then the cathode surface can be rectified (using tweezers or scanning probes). If problems are still found, a new large-area cathode needs to be replaced.
If the magnetron does not light up, it may be due to a broken fuse or a problem with the high-voltage power supply. At this point, first check if the fuse is broken, and if so, replace it; Then use a multimeter to check if the voltage output from the high-voltage power supply is normal; If the high voltage output is normal, the magnetron should be manually moved and stopped for testing. If the magnetron still cannot light up, the final solution may be to replace the magnetron.
