Suggestions and commitments

It is recommended that the unit conscientiously carry out the following tasks:


(1) The construction unit should improve and implement various management systems, strengthen staff management; Establish a system for homework operation, radiation environment monitoring records, personal dose management, and maintenance records, and archive them for future reference.
(2) Personnel engaged in radiation work should be certified to work, and the construction unit should regularly provide radiation protection knowledge training and safety education to the staff. The construction unit should entrust qualified units to regularly monitor the personal dose of radiation workers. Personnel engaged in radiation work should undergo regular physical examinations and establish a system.
(3) At least 2 operators are present during the operation, and radiation workers must be equipped with personal dosimeters and personal dose alarm devices; The construction unit should be equipped with radiation environment monitoring instruments to regularly monitor the radiation dose around the radiation device.
(4) The construction unit should continuously improve the quality of its staff, enhance their awareness of radiation protection, and try to avoid accidents as much as possible; We should strengthen the promotion and education of radiation protection knowledge to staff and the public, and improve their own safety protection awareness.
(5) The construction unit should strengthen the daily management and maintenance of instruments and facilities to ensure their effective and reliable functions. The construction unit should regularly inspect and maintain the accessories, mechanical and electrical equipment, and monitoring instruments of the system, especially the safety interlock device and alarm system, and replace the components in a timely manner.
(6) The construction unit should regularly conduct accident emergency drills to verify the feasibility, reliability, and operability of the emergency plan, and continuously improve the accident emergency plan.
(7) The construction unit should update and improve the radiation related system in accordance with the latest national and local laws and regulations.


Transportation, installation, commissioning, and training

1. The second party is responsible for the transportation, installation, debugging, and training of the first party's operators of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system.
2. The installation method, location, detection frame type and color of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system shall be confirmed by Party A before implementation. 3. The specific tasks undertaken by Party B include:
(1) The transportation of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system from the location of Party B to the location designated by Party A.
(2) On site installation and debugging of the security inspection system for rail mobile large vehicles.
(3) Training for the operators of Party A.
4. The specific tasks undertaken by Party A include:
(1) Timely provide specific requirements for the installation of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system, a description of the construction conditions of the installation site, and communication distance regulations.
(2) The first party is responsible for all coordination work and related expenses related to certification, liaison with relevant departments, security, fire protection, environmental protection, etc. on the construction site.
(3) At the beginning of the installation and debugging of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system, operators familiar with computer applications are dispatched to grasp the overall situation of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system and receive on-site training.

Engineering progress and acceptance



1. After both parties sign the contract and receive the advance payment from Party A, Party B shall complete all installation and commissioning work as required by Party A within 90 days and deliver it to Party A for preliminary acceptance.
Within two days after the on-site installation and commissioning of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system, Party A shall conduct acceptance of the entire rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system project. The acceptance standards shall be in accordance with the provisions of this contract and the technical specifications of the fixed vehicle detection system.
3. All control operations before the acceptance of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system must be completed by Party B. The images collected by X-ray real-time security inspection are limited to testing and not used for other purposes.
After passing the acceptance, the mobile vehicle detection system engineering acceptance report should be filled out, and representatives from both parties should sign and stamp on the acceptance report.
5. If Party A fails to conduct acceptance of the project within seven days after the installation and commissioning of the rail mobile large-scale vehicle security inspection system without justifiable reasons, it shall be deemed that the acceptance is qualified.
6. If Party A fails to provide installation sites and conditions as stipulated in the contract, resulting in the inability to complete the project on time, Party B shall not be responsible for the delay of the project. After the expiration of the specified construction period in the contract, it shall be deemed that the installation is completed, and Party A shall pay the project cost to Party B in accordance with the relevant terms of the contract.
