IWILDT ™ AN-48002800HMG Rail Mobile/Container Vehicle X-ray Security Inspection System

HIGH ENERGY MOBILE X-RAY SERIES

High energy mobile X-ray security inspection series

Product Introduction

IWILDT ™ The AN-48002800HMG rail mobile/container vehicle X-ray security inspection system is specifically designed for the security inspection of container vehicles at customs, ports, military bases, and border ports. It reduces manual and labor-intensive touch based safety checks on trucks, containers, and vehicles. By scanning the material, volume, quantity, and other images of the loaded goods in the container through X-ray perspective, it matches the inspection checklist to check for the presence of terrorists, gunpowder, toxic substances, weapons of mass destruction (WMDS), prohibited items, hazardous chemicals, and other threats.

Voice broadcasting equipment

Voice broadcasting equipment should be installed on the inspection system operation console, and speakers should be installed in the radiation workplace to remind on-site personnel to pay attention and evacuate the radiation workplace.
Additional requirements for inspection systems for freight vehicles driven by drivers

1. The inspection system should be equipped with avoidance and protective measures to prevent the driver from being exposed to useful wiring harnesses. These measures should include:

a) Determine whether the entry inspection channel is a facility for vehicles; The inspection system can only exit when the type of inspected vehicle is allowed to enter the inspection channel; When pedestrians pass through the inspection channel, the inspection system cannot exit the beam;
b) Vehicle position automatic detection facility: Check the system process and ensure that the driver's driving position has left the control area before the system can exit;
c) Automatic speed detection, parking, and reverse protection facilities: When the speed is below the minimum constant speed, as well as in parking and reverse situations, check that the system cannot exit the beam or immediately stops exiting the beam;
d) Protection measures for beam output time: When the continuous beam output time of the system reaches the predetermined value, it should automatically stop the beam output.

2. Warning signs

Radiation workplaces should prominently display the following warning signs:

a) Warning for detectable or prohibited vehicle models: remind and guide drivers correctly, detectable vehicles can pass normally, and other vehicles are prohibited from passing;
b) Speed limit signs: Clearly define the upper and lower limits of vehicle traffic speed;
c) Maintain distance warning: remind the driver of the vehicle to be inspected to maintain a certain distance from the preceding vehicle to avoid accidents;
d) "No parking, no reversing", "No people inside the container" and other warnings: warn drivers to prevent personnel inside the container from being accidentally illuminated;
e) No crossing warning: No unrelated personnel are allowed to cross or enter the inspection channel with the vehicle.
Strictly following the above radiation protection measures, this project can meet the protection requirements proposed in the Radiation Protection Requirements for Goods/Vehicles Radiation Inspection Systems (GBZ143-2015).
